A second source for pressure measurement

Based in Guangzhou, China, we develop flexible pressure sensing films and pressure mapping systems for wind blades, industrial equipment and test labs.

Who We Are

One thing, done properly:
measuring pressure distribution

PDRELTEST Technology builds flexible sensing films, array acquisition hardware and the software that turns them into pressure maps. Our customers are blade manufacturers, test institutes, wind farm operators and industrial equipment makers.

Most of them already use pressure measurement systems from established suppliers. They come to us for a second source: comparable measurement capability, shorter lead times, and a supplier willing to customize an array for a specific surface.

Three principles

01 / Bonding defines data quality

A poorly bonded film measures the adhesive, not the surface. Process is part of the product.

02 / Distribution beats single points

Engineering problems are local. Only an array can show you where it is.

03 / Deliver data, not parts

Customers buy conclusions. The bill of materials is our problem, not theirs.

Capabilities

What we do in-house

01

Film & materials

Sensing layer formulation, electrode patterning and lamination.

02

Array & encapsulation

Custom geometry, conductor routing and protective encapsulation.

03

Acquisition hardware

Multi-channel sampling, buffering and industrial communication.

04

Software & analysis

Pressure mapping, alerting, reporting and API integration.

Working with overseas customers

English-language documentation, export paperwork, samples by courier, and remote commissioning support. For larger installations we travel to site.

How engagements start

Sample evaluation → small pilot on one section → project delivery → long-term support. We also co-develop test methods with universities and institutes.
