By using www.pdreltest.com you accept these terms. They govern the website only. A product we sell is delivered under the separate contract signed for that order, and where the two differ, the signed contract prevails.

1. What this site is

This website describes our sensing films, acquisition hardware, configurations and software. It is information, not a binding offer. Nothing here obliges us to supply a product at the stated configuration or price.

2. Specifications, availability and quotations

• Specifications follow the current datasheet. Figures on this site are typical values for the standard build. Where a range or a point count is customised, the drawing and datasheet issued for that order govern.
• We may change specifications. Products are improved continuously. We will not apply a change retroactively to an order already confirmed.
• Quotations are valid 30 days unless the quotation states otherwise, because film is produced in batches and lead time moves.
• Configuration determines density. A long sheet still carries 4096 points, spread over its full length, so the distance between points is larger along the long axis. Choose the configuration on the smallest feature you need to resolve, not on the covered area alone.

3. Case records

Case records are published with the customer's consent to anonymised disclosure. Client names, plants and quotes are withheld. Numbers in a record describe one specific project, on one test article, with one configuration; they are evidence that the method works, not a guaranteed result for yours.

4. Intellectual property

Text, photographs, drawings, data and layout on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may read, quote with attribution and print pages for internal evaluation. Commercial reproduction, republication or use of the material to train or populate another product requires our written permission.

Third-party names. Tekscan, FlexiForce and I-Scan are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear on this site only to describe what a customer might be comparing, or what a system is intended to work alongside. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, certification or endorsement by those owners, and we do not claim equivalence with any specific product.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access the administration area without authorisation, submit automated or bulk enquiries, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising. We block such submissions and may report repeated attempts.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The website is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here varies the warranty terms of a signed product contract.

7. External links

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practice.

8. Personal data

How enquiries and visit data are handled is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes concerning the website are subject to the courts at our registered place of business in Guangzhou, Guangdong. Cross-border supply contracts may agree a different forum; that agreement governs the contract, not this page.
