Large-area pressure mapping, built from modular sheets
A 4096-point sensing film tiles into surfaces up to 1040 × 2480 mm. Three standard configurations cover test benches, blade sections and full panels.
4096-point sensing film
A piezoresistive film with a 64 × 64 sensing matrix on a 490 × 520 mm sheet. Each sheet is an independent measuring unit; multiple sheets tile to cover larger surfaces while remaining individually replaceable.
Standard cable length is 300 mm and can be extended to 500 mm to suit the fixture. The 490 × 1040 mm version carries the same 4096-point matrix over a 487 × 1034 mm active area, so its pitch along the long axis is coarser than 7.6 × 8.1 mm.
Multi-channel acquisition
Each collector drives one 4096-point sensing area. A 490 × 1040 mm sheet uses two PXS064mini units in Config B, or a single PXS128 in Config C. Collectors are grouped through a docking hub and connected to a single PC, so a multi-sheet surface still reads as one continuous pressure map.
Three standard builds, one measured area
All three cover the same 1040 × 2480 mm surface. The difference is how the area is divided — and therefore how many collectors, cables and spare parts you manage.
| Build | Sensing sheets | Collectors | Total points | Measured area |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Config A | 10 × 490 × 520 mm | 10 × PXS064mini | 40,960 | 1040 × 2480 mm |
| Config B | 5 × 490 × 1040 mm (active 487 × 1034 mm) | 10 × PXS064mini (two per long sheet) | 20,480 | 1040 × 2480 mm |
| Config C | 5 × 490 × 1040 mm (active 487 × 1034 mm) | 5 × PXS128 (one per long sheet) | 20,480 | 1040 × 2480 mm |
The 490 × 1040 mm sheet carries the same 4096-point matrix over a 487 × 1034 mm active area, so its pitch along the long axis is coarser than 7.6 × 8.1 mm. Prices are quoted per configuration — we do not publish list prices.
